Two kinds of Invitation are offered to overseas buyers from Canton Fair:

1 E-Invitation Card

Please visit Canton Fair BEST(Buyer E-service Tool) system to apply for E-invitation card from invitation.cantonfair.org.cn/en/index.aspx . Any questions about the BEST, please email to info@cantonfair.org.cn or fax to 0086-20-83335880 or phone 0086-20-26089999.
For REGULAR BUYERS, please use the Username and Password to log in directly. If you forgot the username and password, please retrieve from BEST system too.
For NEW BUYERS, please apply from the site directly.

2 Get FREE Offical  Paper Invitation

Usually, it will not be a problem to apply Visa with E-invitation, anyway, sometimes it may not work as everyone can download it from website, in this case, the official paper invitation will help greatly for the success of your Visa appllication. Since ChinaTravelDepot is wholly owned business of China CYTS Tours Holding Co. Ltd, which has been authorized by Chinese government to issue formal paper invitation.
