Children and extra beds
All children are free of charge when using existing bedding, and the cost for extra bed need to be paid additionally and separately if there is a need. Extra beds and baby cots are upon request and need to be confirmed by the hotel.

Cancellation
Chinatraveldepot.com should receive cancellation request at least 24 hours in advance for normal bookings.
For Guaranteed bookings, no fee will be charged If cancelled up to 2 days before date of arrival; the first night will be charged If cancelled later or in case of no-show; please take the policies in our guaranteed form as final for bookings during major events(major holidays, big fairs and convention...etc)
For prepaid bookings(I.E: special offer), there would be no cancellation fee if cancellation made more than 30 days in advance; and 50% of the full payment will be charged if between 30-10 days; 100% of the full payment will be charged if less than 10 days.
