Day 01Lhasa

Destinations: Arrive in Lhasa

Activities:

Upon arrival at Lhasa Airport, you’ll be greeted & warmly welcomed by our professional English speaking tour guide. Transfer to the hotel which you booked before. Service starts from your arrival at the airport. International/Domestic flight/train arrangement is on your own.

Day 02Lhasa

Destinations: Lhasa

Activities:

Today we explore Lhasa. Your first stop will be The Potala Palace with its 10,000 steps. It is the largest structure in Tibet. Then we visit to the most celebrated temple in Tibet the The Jokhang Temple . The afternoon is a little more relaxed with time to enjoy some leisure time in Barkhor Street to shop and to look at some of the local crafts.

Day 03Lhasa

Destinations: Lhasa

Activities:

Today you will go to visit Norbulingka . Norbulingka, which means "Jeweled Garden", was constructed as a summer palace for the Dalai Lama and later served the whole governmental administration. Then we visit Drepung Monastery . Drepung Monastery used to be the living palace of Dalai Lamas before the reconstruction of Potala palace (after the 5th Dalai Lamas was bestowed by Qing emperor Qianlong).
After lunch you will visit Sera Monastery . It is known as one of the three greatest monasteries of Tibet. As one of the three main monasteries of Lhasa, it is here that the monks "famous daily debates" take place. Then we will go to The Carpet Factory. One of the most famous souvenir in Tibet is carpet. By visiting the Factory you will have a general idea how carpets are produced.

Day 04Lhasa

Destinations: Lhasa

Activities:

After breakfast our guide will transfer you to Yambajan and Lake Namtso . Yambajan is famous for its hot spring and is a nice choice for those who want to get a close look at the Tibetan herders (drokpa) and their semi-nomadic lifestyle.
Lake Namtso is the second largest saltwater lake in China. The lake is extremely beautiful with its azure water and surrounding snow capped peaks.

Day 05Lhasa

Destinations: Depart from Lhasa

Activities: Free in the day until our local guide escorts you to the airport for your onward flight to your next destination. Service ends at your departure from Lhasa airport. Your local guide will say goodbye to you after transferring you to the airport. International/Domestic flight/train arrangement is on your own.

To be in actual fact, I was concerned with whether our safety could be guaranteed in such a remote and unfamiliar place .But your inclusive considerations gave us a really wonderful trip in there .I like the freedom feeling and pure air in Tibet. The sky was blue. The birds songs were sweeter. People’s smile were more sincere. I do love the trip .

We have had a relly fatastic trip
The Potala Palace bursts into my dreams so many times .Even now I still cannot imagine the dream has came true. No one could fancy the excitement at that moment when I stood before this imposing building and my heart even would jump out from my mouth .It’s gorgeous experience and I will bear on mind the best memory forever!
