Good morning Tom,

Finally, I will give you my comments on the trip!

First of all, I was very impressed with the quality of the trip! All the guides were on time and very friendly. We especially adored our guides in Beijing, Kunming, Shanghai and the best of the best was Tony in Kunming. The accommodations were as expected.

Some sites of interest could have been added, like the Olympics installations in Beijing and maybe a" City tour" of Kunming where I consider we lost one day...but, as destiny plans well the events sometimes, my daughter was sick on that day and the day off was welcomed for her.
But everything else was ok, Tom. Thanks to you and the choice of the excellent guides and drivers we had!!! As you maybe know, I replied very positively to 2 other potential clients you refered.

So, again, a big thank you for a perfect trip that made us friends of China and the Chinese people!

Have a great day and a great life.

Dear Tom,
Thank you for a fantastic tour of your lovely country. It was a great journey and we came back with much more knowledge of China and its history.

The meals were all excellent. Being somewhat of a picky eater this was an area of concern when planning the trip. Most meals were beef, chicken, or pork with rice and steamed vegetable. All meals were presented well and were very good. In general there was always more food than the two of us could eat.

All guides were extremely conscientious, knowledgeable and courteous. They spoke and pronounced English well and were knowledgeable about their particular cities and attractions.

Kunming was a beautiful city full of flowers. Our guide said it was named “spring city”. The scenery along the Li River was great, and I loved the cool wind on the river. 13 days, 5 cities! Not quite tied, but enough surprising.

Thanks again for your sincere help and patience.

All the best,
Eva Birgitta Goode

Dear Julia,
My wife and I just returned from our China vacation and we had a great time thanks to China Travel Depo. You are truly a first-class operation. Your guides were knowledgeable, attentive, intelligent and interesting people. They were always prompt and tried to ensure the tour was enjoyable. Your drivers also did a great job. The hotel selections were good and the meals were great.

In the city of Beijing, the Summer Palace was impressive. I thoroughly enjoyed the experience and strongly recommend visitors to take a day out of their itinerary to visit this site. Someone told me to skip this attraction, but then I decided to go there anyway. I'm so glad that I did because that was one bogus advice. The Summer Palace is basically a city within a city.

About Nanjing Road, I first visited Nanjing Road in 2005 and fell in love. It's busy, yes. It's crowded, yes. It's full of annoying hawkers, yes! But this street is the soul of Shanghai. Modern, hyperactive, electric. I love just strolling and soaking up the atmosphere. It's a fabulous way to get immersed in the vibe of a huge and vibrant city.

Wish you everything goes well.
