Please Note MF857 is to Malaysia KLIA. Not Macau.
I will like to bring to your attention that there is a Un-happiness journey with Xiahang
19-Oct-11 from Fuzhou back to KLIA flight MF857 1005hrs to KLIA 1550hrs,
told to transit from Xiamen Air-port, 1055hrs all passenger seated in the Plane,
and the plane was tow out and park a side. 90% passenger in the plane are senior citizen,
Waiting for 3hrs 20 minus without given reason, until 1420hrs the flight start to take off,
take another 4 hrs. joinery to reach KLIA, time was 1815hrs,
after check-up from Immigration and claim the my luggage the time shown 1920hrs,
transit from KLIA to budget air-line take 25 minus.
Xiamen Airline Delay the flight, Caused I Miss my flight AirAsia 1950hrs Back to Singapore,
I can not go back to Singapore, I got to find a place to stay Malaysia,
I need to Call back Singapore Company and apply urgent leave,
and the same time to look for my Colleague to cover my Night shift Duty,
Xiamen Airline : Who is going to Compensate my loses,
My bad experience feedback, I look forward to your early reply.
