The aircrew of Hainan aitlines were extraordinary. Also, the 'performance' at the beginning and end of the flight was exceptional when the staff face the crew, beautiful smiles and the bow in sequence. Left a fantastic memory and hope to fly Hainan airline again

From the whole process of website purchased of air ticket, sending of e-mail confirmation, e-ticket checked in, taking of flight and final touchdown of destination - I am satisfied. However, quite disappointed that I couldn't website purchase on less than two days date, for example if I have to take an urgent flight less than 24 hours I can't do it on your website online service but to use on other travel website.

On this flight, I saw a lady got burned by hot coffee as few rows in front of me. I guess the Air Hostess left the hot coffee off her hand just before the lady passenger held onto it, so the hot coffee dropped onto her lap and she could not move due to strapped down seat belt. I felt sorry for both. I am an international traveler and have traveled many airlines. Most airlines uses a small tray to hand hot drinks to passengers just to eliminate such accident. I think this procedure should be adopted by all airlines. Apart from this incident of real life drama on this flight, I would say that it is more punctual than China Southern.
