We had a terrible experience trying to get our baby's ticket at the airport. Your website does not provide the alternative to pay for it. It would be my recommendation for you to find a way to sell baby's ticket too.

We almost loose the flight. For a non-chinese speaker this is something important. And also for a family traveling with bags, strollers, bag packs, etc. It is not easy to run around the airports trying to get photocopies of baby's passport to be able to get baby's tickets.
