When I arrived my luggage was covered in a very sticky substance. I went to your lost luggage desk and they were excellent they gave me a new bag. I just wanted them to see if they could clean it. It didn't seem to work so well so the gave me new luggage. Fabulous thank you very much will fly you again

The flight was ok till the landing which was done with a big bang. I had my camera in my hands and it jotted under the seat in front of me.
