                                   Guilin Weather

Guilin enjoys high reputation about its mountains and rivers, which appeals to hundreds of thousands of visitors and photographers strongly. That is the most important point the desirable weather contributes to. Although the four seasons varies, it does not make a different about the sub-tropical climate which features balmy and rain and heat falling together.

Best time to go:

Considering the magnificent scenery, you could go to Guilin in the summer time as well as in autumn. At the beginning of May, Longji terraced field is just water waiting to go up. Ljiang River’s Double Moons is another spectacular view appearing at the full-moon nights in autumn. The full moon means a lot to the Chinese, it is because it represents a peaceful family reunion every time, an all-year reunion. However, what makes it extremely peculiar is when the time is right, there would be three full moons hanging in the sky and the river! How does that happen? Have to wait to find out.
