Wuhan Weather
Wuhan is the capital of Hubei province, which has extremely hot and humid summers. Most days are above 40and this temperature can occur for many days in a row. Furthermore, there are a couple of lakes and rivers in the city but as the land is quite low it makes the weather even more uncomfortable. Even standing by the Yangtzi River which runs through town, you will still feel the same. The summers brings along extreme heat whilst the winters are cold.

The best time to go:
Spring and autumn are the right time to have a tour while summer and winter are strongly not recommended;it is either too hot or too cold. In spring when Sakura is in full bloom, visitors are attracted to Wuhan University for the beautiful view. The bloom only lasts for one week but the pink petals all over the campus are there for a longer period. In spring, the antiquities and the still mountains are covered with enigmatic aura, this is definitely a good time to visit.
