Luoyang is the second largest city in Henan Province. Although not a big city by Chinese standards, the establishment of the tourism industry has allowed the city a wealth of options regarding accommodation. Most of the hotels in Luoyang are located in the city with convenient access to most of the tourist attractions and commercial centers.Luoyang is still, however, not considered by the Chinese to be an essential tourist destination, and many of the top level hotels have yet to set up business here. As a result, finding really high quality rooms is difficult.
