January to February
If you visit Tianjin during these coldest months, you are recommended to experience the delights of various kinds of skating or skiing in Panshan Ski Resorts, or you could appreciate the "the Morning Bell" and "the Dusk Drum” in Dule Temple, taste all the delicious local foods in Nanshi Food Street, and walk through the Ancient Culture Street to feel the profound culture connotations.
 
March to April
With luck, visitors have chances to enjoy the exotic sight of Tianhougong temple fairs with great splendor, such as stilts, Lion Dances, Dragon Lantern Show and Land Boat Dance.
 
May to June
As the International Cultural and Travel Festival, Chinese Rose Festival hold in these two months is the best time to enjoy the blossoms of Tianjin’s municipal flower—Chinese Rose. Wandering through the sea of flowers, you canexperience a spring wonderland.
 
July to August
The Tianjin Beer Festival in July is the highlight during this time. Either in Nanshi Food Street or the Water Park, numerous well-known beer enterprises will gather together. There will be wonderful performances of novel opening ceremony, traditional competitions, modern dance and sing, as well as beer culture seminars and various beer trading.
 
September to October
September and October is the most suitable and comfortable season to take a trip to Tianjin. Visitors can either get a good view of Tianjin from the world’s only “Tower in the Water”—Tianjin Radio and TV Tower, or feel the charm of unique architecture and taste the foreign cuisine.
 
November to December

Leisure travel is the most desirable during this time, and visitors could indulge themselves in tasting delicious food in Nanshi Food Sreet, or listening to the “storytelling” and allegro in the teahouse. Cracking sunflower seeds, drinking tea and listening to the Tianjin allegro are special experiences and attractions, especially for foreign visitors.
