Chicken Bean Jelly

Chicken bean jelly is at first invented by an American botanist, Mr. Locke, according to the climate and altitude of Lijiang. After being milled, chicken beans are made into jelly which can be cold or fried and its peel can also be cooked or boiled. Rice Enema
Actually, you can find the raw materials everywhere but the way to make it cannot be found anywhere else. Before the New Year comes in, every family slaughters pigs. People fill the mixed pig blood and rice into clearly washed pig intestines and then boiled them thoroughly. They can be kept for a long time. The cross bridge rice noodle in the town’s entrance Qiaoxiangyuan and Orchid Street are taste great.

Yunnan Ham
