Wu Gorge is the second gorge of the Three Gorges system on the Yangtze River. It is formed by the Wu River and stretches 45 kilometers from Wu Mountain to Guandukou. Wu Gorge is called the “Big Gorge” as it is the most complete part among the whole Three Gorges.   Wu Gorge is famous for its spectacular natural landscape. There the valley is deep and curve. After the construction of three Gorges Project, some new view appeared like Shennv stream, where attracts lots of tourists each year. the most popular tourists attractions include Qiufeng Pavilion, Shennong stream drifting and so on. A lot of Chinese poets in the history left their calligraphy on the mountains along the two sides of Wu Gorge.
