  • Step 1: Pick up service by your tour guide and driver at 8:00-9:30AM.
  • Step 2:Visit Old Beijing Hutong Rickshaw. You will start with a traditional rickshaw ride , which is still popular among the locals, in the hutongs of the Old Town. This intricate web of narrow alleys is densely populated and offers an unique insight into the secret life of the city.
  • Step 3: Visit the local family and Drum Tower. Here you will meet a typical Chinese family and you will visit the Drum Tower, an imposing construction which was set up to tell the time before the advent of clocks.
  • Step 4: Typical China shopping in Hutong on the way back.
  • Step 5: Drop-off service at your hotel before 12:00AM.

Cancellation and refund policy for Activities reservation
  • If you want to cancel your booking or part of it, you must advise us in writing to Activities@ChinaTravelDepot.com by e-mail or 0086-10-58158822 by fax. The letter must be signed by the lead name on the booking and once we receive it you should expect to receive a cancellation letter within 24 hours. If you do not then please contact us to ensure your letter has been received.
  • To cover the cost of processing your cancellation and to compensate us for the risk that we may not be able to resell your travel arrangements, we make a cancellation charge on the scale shown below. The person who made the booking is responsible for paying this charge. The size of the charge depends on when we receive your cancellation notice or letter or how you would like us to deal with your payment providing that we have received your full payment for the tours.
  • No Cancellation Fees if written cancellation notice is received more than 30 days prior to tour departure!
