2Itinerary

  • Your private English-speaking guide and driver will pick you up from your hotel around 8:00am.
  • Take about 3 hours to drive to the Jinshanling Great wall in private vehicle. Jinshanling Great Wall, about 120 km from Beijing, lies in the mountainous area in Ruanping County, Hebei province. It was a key military stronghold. Jinshanling Great Wall was mainly built from 1570 during the Ming dynasty. The 20 km long Jinshanling Great Wall, although a bit smaller and narrower than Badaling and Mutianyu, features complicated and well preserved fortification systems. It is a very good place for your hiking and photo taking.
  • Have a late (or early) lunch at local restaurant by the wall.
  • End the tour and transfer you to the hotel around 6pm.
  • During today's tour, a Chinese cultural factory visit is organized.

"We had a good time"
This was the first time we came to visit China. And everything was satisfying and wonderful. Our schedule was well planned and I liked most was the Chinese food. I like it! The guide Jinnie was professional and humorous. I don’t think 3hours are a long time. I really thank her and China Travel Depot.

"It is out of my imagination."
Before arriving at Jingshanling Great Wall I was worried about it could be boring. But it was not. Although I had to take 3hours’ bus, It was meaningful and unforgettable. I saw the beautiful scene and took a lot of pictures. The guide also told us a lot of stories about Chinese history.
