Travel to Baoding, China

I will be traveling to Baoding in late June. I am looking at staying in either the Hengtong Fortune Centre Hotel, the Xingguang International Hotel, or the Power Valley International Hotel. Of these 3 hotels which one would you recommend for foreign nationals? Which one has western style restaurants? Do the employees speak english at all of these hotels? Is it a safe area to walk around in close to the hotels, at the supermarket, and the park? What is the best method of travel to and from the hotels and Beijing Airport? Any advice about my stay in Baoding?
