complain -cockroatch

I have a complaint regarding the quality of the cleaning (see attached photos).

The fridge stinks and there is some brownish liquid at the bottom. I'm not sure if it can be cleaned during the cleaning of the room. I'd rather keep my food in an extra bag for safety.

The other problem: in the morning I've met with a cockroach. Needless to say, I'm not happy about it and I also don't want to take back any disease with me when I return home as my fiancee is pregnant.
The corpus of the dead cockroach is still there -if you want to check it for identification.

Please correct these failures and/or compensate me for the quality of the room.
(update: Everything is the same after the second day...despite a "cleaning" in the room, both the brown liquid and the cockroach is still there
