I have booked flights through your site however, unfortunately, I need to change my schedule.
My name is Kyun Chul Kim.
My booking number is CTD17040617320090.
My Guestion is
1. If i cancel my booking(2 persons),Can i get a full refund or how much fee should i pay for cancellation?
2. Can i change my flights?
My booking is MU5313 on 27 april (2 persons), shanghai to guangzhou.
but i need MU9306 on 28 may(kyun chul kim), guangzhou to shanghai, and MU9823 on 31 may(kyun chul kim) shanghai to seoul(gimpo).
Shoul i pay more for the changed flight fare and how much would it be?
