received bill for a transaction that NEVER happened

Dear China Travel Depot,
I never made any transaction via your website, using my Visa Credit Card. But I received a bill for an amount of RMB1.584. The bill stated that the transaction was on the 26th of June, and was billed to me on the 28th of June. I never made any transaction through your website, and i never even receive any notification from China Travel Depot.
I am in Indonesia, so could you please check any transaction in that date from indonesia?
Is there any way for me to contact you? I need to contact you via mail, but your website does not provide any email address. Is there any alternative beside telephone to contact you?
