Did not get ticket pickup number?

My booking number is CTD16021220160076. booking at 2016-02-12 and now (2016-02-17) did not here anything from you.
I send an emails to payment@chinatraveldepot.com and Trains@ChinaTravelDepot.com but did not response. What could i do?
