Reservation + transportation

Hello!

We want to make a reservation for 31st of August to Sep 1 (1 night). We are figuring out how to travel between Suzhou and your hotel. There is a bus connection, but this is not on the right times. Is it possible to have a private bus/taxi from / to your hotel? What will it cost?
