Hotel service

Hello there

I am Canadian and I would be with my daughter has Zhangjiajie 28 August to 1 September 2014.

I want to know if I'm going to sleep at your hotel:

- Is it easy to talk to you in English?

- Do you have a tour desk to arrange and advise to make excursions to the mountains?

- Do you have a shuttle service to go to the Tour?

- Is it be possible to find an English speaking guide for tours at your hotel?

- Do you have a currency exchange for money?

- Do you have a shuttle service to the airport?
and how much does it cost?

- Can we have a late check out because my flight is at 9:00 pm
